Decentralised municipal supply concerns the supply of drinking water or industrial water for specific purposes such as hotels, companies and small residential areas. There is no infrastructure/ network to distribute the water; the water is used at the extraction point. There is no significant difference between drinking water and industrial water other than certain demands in quality. This market segment includes applications for industry as well as high-tech applications for drinking water or boiler supply water for industry.
